Adding live chat to your website is fast and easy:
1. From your Dashboard, click the Chat app and then click Activate to turn it on.
2. The **Chat Operator Console** will open, where you can manage chats and toggle chat on or off.
3. Once enabled, a chat bubble will appear in the lower-right corner of your site for visitors to start a conversation. Note: you must have the chat window/app open in your browser session to be able to chat in real-time (if the window is closed visitors will be prompted to complete a contact form instead).
That’s it—your visitors can now reach you in real time!
