Adding Appointment Booking


When you add the Appointments App, you are prompted to add your services and their availability, then a "Book Appointment" page is automatically added to your site. This page lets your visitors choose a service, pick a time, and enter their contact info to book an appointment. Here's how the process works:


How Booking Works


1. Visitor selects a Service on your Book Appointment page (`/appointments`)


2. Chooses a Date and Time


3. Fills out the Customer Info Form


4. Lands on the Confirmed Page


Only the Book Appointment page appears in your site menu. The rest of the appointment pages load automatically as the visitor moves through the process.


Customizing Appointment Pages


You can customize the look and layout of each step in the appointment flow:


1. In the editor, click the page dropdown at the top/left, then scroll down to choose an Appointment Pages (Book Appointment, Booking, Customer Form, or Confirmed).


2. On each page, click the dynamic booking element, then:


- Click Settings to change things like size or animation.
- Click Edit Style to adjust fonts, colors, buttons, and more.


3. You can also add extra content or messages around the element to personalize the page.

This setup keeps the process smooth for your visitors while giving you full control over the design.


Notifications


When a visitor schedules an appointment through your site, you're both sent a notification/confirmation which includes the appropriate contact info (you can also find scheduled appointment info by clicking the Appointments panel on your dashboard).
