How do I purchase custom services?
To get started with custom services (like web design, email marketing, or social/video help), fill out our Sign Up intake form. We’ll follow up via email to gather more info and schedule a call or Zoom meeting. After discussing your project, we’ll send an agreement to e-sign and follow it with a one-time invoice. Work begins within 2 business days of payment clearing.
How long does it take to launch a site or campaign?
Most custom jobs are completed within 1–2 weeks of the agreement being signed. We’ll stay in touch with updates along the way.
Are payments refundable?
Due to the custom nature of these services, payments are non-refundable once work begins. We encourage asking questions beforehand so you can move forward with confidence.
Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount? No. The full payment is due upon signing the agreement and is required before any work begins.
