What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also pay using Cash App or Google Pay.
Is subscription billing automatic?
Yes. DycusDigital uses Stripe to process payments. Subscriptions (like Basic/Advanced Plans and the Business Email add-on) are automatically billed monthly or yearly. Custom services (like design work or email campaigns) are one-time payments.
What if I miss a payment?
You’ll receive an email notification and have a 14-day grace period to pay before any interruption in service.
How do I change my payment method?
Email tim@dycusdigital.com requesting a secure payment update link, and we’ll reply with a secure link to update your info.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Send a cancellation request to tim@dycusdigital.com at least 14 days before your next billing date.
