Adding a Store


DycusDigital’s online Store feature lets you sell both physical and digital products with ease. Features include inventory management, tax and shipping settings, coupon codes, customer login, and automatic email notifications.


To get started, you’ll need to be on the Advanced Plan, whether you're building the store yourself or having us build it for you.


Once your store is activated, you can manage everything from the Store panel in your account dashboard.


From there, you can:


- Create Products – Add product images, descriptions, pricing, and variations.


- Customize Settings – Set inventory limits, tax rates (including tax on shipping), coupon codes, and more.


- Connect Payment Processors – Link your payment account under Store Settings.


- Manage Orders – View customer orders, print/save packing slips, and send tracking numbers.


- Run Reports & View Customers – Access detailed reports and manage customer info from the dashboard.


All store content is automatically displayed on the Store and Product pages of your website, which can be customized further within the page editor.
