In addition to using the web-based email interface at mail.mailconfig.net (i.e. Webmail), you can set up your Business Email to work with desktop and mobile apps like Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, or the default Mail app on your phone or tablet.
Here are the universal IMAP settings you'll need:
IMAP Settings:
- Incoming & Outgoing Server: mail.mailconfig.net
- Security Type: SSL
- Incoming IMAP Port: 993
- Outgoing SMTP Port: 465
Note: If using a POP connection instead of IMAP use Incoming POP Port 995, all other settings remain the same.
